Rachel's role on projects includes account management, strategic and creative direction, development of communication strategies, and executive producer.

Kevin is a recognized leader in healthcare and nonprofit marketing and communications with 16+ years of experience with multidisciplinary teams to create, implement and measure marketing and communications. Kevin's crisis communications work has been featured in a widely used public relations textbook.

Digital Marketing and Social Fundraising Strategist

Geoff is a digital marketer and social fundraiser with 22+ years of experience helping brands and nonprofits launch products, enact corporate initiatives, and raise money. Geoff’s role on projects includes account management, strategic and creative direction and content development, and producer.

Keith Weilding

Creative and Graphic Design

Keith is a creative director and marketing leader with 25+ years of experience delivering entrepreneurial strategy and tactical execution to marketing challenges of nonprofit (higher education, healthcare) and commercial (insurance, retail, consumer packaged goods) clients. Keith excels in developing compelling content for all channels of advertising, with a focus on integrated advertising and marketing campaign content, brand identity, corporate communications, direct marketing, interactive/web, packaging and point of sale. Keith works collaboratively to ensure creative and marketing services support all client initiatives and goals. His expertise includes creating award winning design and creative experience proven to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Casey is a graphic designer and visual artist with 6+ years of experience bringing communications strategies to life. From nonprofit clients in the education, and military and veteran sectors, to commercial clients in the service and product categories, Casey creates content that works in all marketing and communications channels.

Julie Carlson is an award-winning marketer who has led the development of impactful, integrated communications campaigns and programs for leading global brands. She has a diverse background in production, entertainment and cause marketing, publicity and events, branding, photography and program development. She is a gifted connector at heart with a passion for making connections, personal and professional, and blending those connections into impactful programs that create revenue generating results and awareness for all parties involved. Julie's connections span from C-Suite executives, to agents, publicist and managers, as well as, top tier talent, musicians, influencers and athletes across numerous industries and markets.

Shanen brings 10+ years of experience in content development to the Rubia Group team and our clients. Her expertise in crafting messages and copy, along with her communication style -she's a stand-up comic at night- for real - are a perfect match for Rubia Group projects.
