Community College Workforce Cooperative (CCWC) is a new Commonwealth of Virginia agency established in 2021 to help higher education and industry agencies solve the region’s toughest workforce development challenges, build wealth, and grow Virginia's local economy.

THE CLIENT’S GOALS

Rubia Group was selected by the CCWC team to establish and launch the agency’s premier brand identity, messaging platform, website, social media channels and lead generation campaign.
