ABOUT THE CLIENT
Exclusive Plumbing is a family owned and operated plumbing services company based in Northern Virginia since 2017.
THE CLIENT’S GOALS
With an initial brand in the form of a logo and a baseline social media channel, Luis and Yami, owners of Exclusive Plumbing, selected Rubia Group to help with the development and launch of the company’s first website, a refinement of the current brand and expansion of the company’s social media channels. The primary goals were to establish a market presence and awareness amongst target audiences, and the measurements of success were an increase in new customer inquiries and ultimately an increase in work order volume and revenue.
