ABOUT THE CLIENT

Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. (SERCAP) is a 50+ year old nonprofit organization focused on making sure people have consistent access to clean drinking water, working indoor plumbing, and safe housing. SERCAP focuses on building equitable access for rural communities throughout the Southeastern United States.

THE CLIENT’S GOALS

Like many legacy nonprofit organizations, SERCAP needed help with modernizing its marketing and fundraising content, as well as its website and social channels. SERCAP chose Rubia Group to develop audience-focused brand messaging and imagery, and a website which would allow visitors to easily find information and connect with SERCAP for assistance.
