The Community College Workforce Cooperative (CCWC) was established by the Commonwealth of Virginia to meet the increasing demand for a skilled workforce in Hampton Roads. Under contract VCCS-WIDE-18_0069-RUB, Rubia Group was selected to design and implement a comprehensive brand identity, digital presence, and marketing strategy for CCWC.
